Chairman's Word - Service with a Smile
It's hard to believe that we are cruising towards conclave season already. It seems like it was only yesterday when our Section Officers got together for the Gathering of Leaders to plan out the year, learn more about their roles, and discuss how to make their conclaves great. We have had a really great group of officers and it has been a real treat to sit back and watch them grow as leaders.
There is one two-term Chief in particular who I want to recognize in this blog post, and that is Raymond Cheung. Raymond is an amazing young man who came to the US at age 7, did not even join Scouting until he was 14, and yet moved quickly along both the Trail to Eagle, and the road to cheerful service.
A Website Built For YOU

Over the next month new features will be added and exisiting portions of the site will continue to evolve. As we continue this project, please bear with us as we work through the technical challeneges associated with transitioning to a new website.
If you experience any difficulties while visiting the site, or have any suggestions on how the website can better serve the Arrowmen of the Northeast, please contact the webmaster at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . Enjoy your visit!
Around the Region - Section NE-1B
NE-1B has a history of striving to be better and dreaming big. Every year we look at the past and we try to raise the bar from there. We never stop upping-our-game, making our lodges better, or strengthening our bonds of brotherhood. We always seek to provide more service, to our councils and to our troops, and bring an aspect of cheerfulness to all the work that we do. It is an attitude that is just a part of our Order's outlook on life, to never settle for tradition, to travel, our course undeviating, onward and upward. In the hope of contributing to our order's higher vision of cheerful service, NE-1B would like to share some of the excellent programs that we used this year.
