Travis Cunningham
Region and Sectional Operations
Travis is an Eagle Scout, Vigil Honor, and Founders Award recipient from Gyantwachia Lodge 255 of the Chief Cornplanter Council. He has previously served as a two term Section Chief from NE-4A as well as NE-4A Section Vice-Chief, two term Lodge Chief, Lodge Vice Chief, and committee chairman for Gyantwachia Lodge. Travis is also and active member of Troop 8 in the Chief Cornplanter Council. He has attented NLS, NCLS, and SOS. In
2008 he participated in George Washington and Jefferson National Forest site of ArrowCorps5 as well as Order of the Arrow Trail Crew, and since then has participated in OA Canadian Odyssey and OA Ocean Adventure. Travis is currently a sophomore at Penn State majoring in wildlife and fisheries science. While there he is a member of the Penn State woodsmen’s team and Tau Phi Delta fraternity. Outside of Scouting Travis enjoys running, backpacking, camping, kayaking, and rock-climbing.

Mark J. Chilutti
Region Chariman
Mark is an Eagle Scout, and has received the Vigil Honor and Founder's Award from Unami Lodge, Cradle of Liberty Council. As a youth, he served as Lodge Chief, Section Vice-Chief, Section Chief, and as a National Conference Vice-Chief. As an adult he has served as Lodge Adviser, Council Vice President, Area 5 Vice President, and as a member of the National Training Task Force, the Special Needs Scouting Task Force, the Youth Development Committee, and the Northeast Region Board. Mark has been awarded the Distinguished Service Award, the District Award of Merit, the Silver Beaver, and the Silver Antelope. He resides in Philadelphia with his wife Jayne, and professionally, is the Assistant Vice President of Development for the Magee Rehabilitation Hospital Foundation.

Thomas S. Bain
Unit, Chapter, and Lodge Support
Tom is a member of Man-A-Hattin Lodge, Greater New York Councils, New York, NY. An Eagle Scout and former Lodge Adviser and Section Adviser, Tom holds the Silver Beaver and Silver Antelope, and, from the OA, the Vigil Honor, Founder’s Award and DSA. He has been an active trainer for more than three decades, and has served as a course director for Wood Badge, the Junior Leader Training Conference, and Boy Scout leader training courses. He has also served on the staff of many National OA Conferences, National Camping Schools and Jamborees.

Randall K. Cline
Vice Chairman of Unit, Chapter, and Lodge Support
Randy is an Eagle Scout and has received the Vigil Honor and Founders' Award. Originally from Dayton, Ohio, Randy has been of member of four different lodges since his induction. He currently resides in Mechanicsburg, PA, is a member of the Sasquesahanough Lodge, and vice president of program on the executive board of the New Birth of Freedom Council. Randy has also served as lodge chief, area chief, national OA committee vice chairman for training, and chaired the development of the OA's first strategic plan, among other OA and Scouting duties. In the Northeast Region, he is currently President of Area 6 and a member of the Northeast Region Executive Board. Randy has been awarded the Distinguished Service Award, Silver Beaver, Silver Antelope and Silver Buffalo Awards.

Dr. Kenneth P. Davis
National Events
Ken is an Eagle Scout, Air Explorer Silver Award, Vigil Honor and Founders Award recipient from Amangamek-Wipit Lodge of the National Capital Area Council where he is an Executive Board member. He served as the Southeast Region OA Chairman (1974-82) and the Vice Chairman for Lodge Operations (1985-88). He is the author of three editions of the History of the Order of the Arrow, the History of Wood Badge, and the History of the Philmont Staff Association. He has served on multiple Wood Badge and National Camp School staffs. His adult recognitions include the District Award of Merit, the Silver Beaver, the Silver Antelope, the OA Distinguished Service Award, the Silver Buffalo, and the Hornaday Gold Badge. He is currently a Vice President Area 6, and a member of the region Advisory Board. Ken retired from the US Department of Defense in 2002 after 30 years, and from the US Army/Army Reserve as a Colonel with 31 years of service.

Darrell W. Donahue
Outdoor Programs
Darrell is an Eagle Scout and Vigil Honor member and currently resides in Maine where he is a member of Pamola Lodge of Katahdin Area Council. He currently serves on the Katahdin Area Council Executive Board and is also a member of the National BSA Health & Safety Committee. He has served as the Associate Section Advisor for NE-1A. Darrell has been involved in training in Scouting and our Order where he has served as a Wood Badge Course Director as well as Scoutmaster of two Junior Leader Trainings. He has served on several National Camping School, Wood Badge, and National Leadership Seminar staffs. Darrell has also staffed several NOACs, Indian Summer and National Jamborees. Darrell is a recipient of the Silver Beaver and Distinguished Service Award.

Brian Gray
Region Staff Adviser
Brian is a member of the Gamenowinink Lodge, from the national office. Brian is a Vigil Member and has served as a Lodge Staff Advisor for 2 lodges, Section Staff Adviser for 3 sections, and now Regional Staff Adviser. He has been a professional member of the BSA for nearly 24 years serving 3 different councils Cascade Area - (Salem Oregon), Grand Columbia - (Yakima Washington), and the Maui County - (Wailuku Hawaii) and last served as the Director of the Philmont Training Center. He has served as a staff member and Director of many National Camp Schools and NLS Courses.

J. Dan McCarthy
Outdoor Program
Dan is a Vigil Honor member of Amangamet Wipit Lodge of National Capital Area Council, Bethesda MD. Dan has served as NOAC staff, Jamboree Staff, Lodge Ordeal Adviser, and in various council positions. He is currently President of the National Capital Area Council, a member of the Executive Committee overseeing the development of the 2013 National Jamboree, as well as a member of the International Scouting Committee, the Northeast Region Board, the Florida Sea Base Committee, and several National Task Forces. As a youth, Dan earned Life Scout and served as OA Chapter Chief. Dan has been awarded the Distinguished Service Award, Silver Antelope Award, Silver Beaver Award and the District Award of Merit. He has also earned many awards in the military, including the Distinguished Service Medal and multiple awards of the Legion of Merit. Dan heads his own defense consulting company and teaches in the Executive Education program of several business schools. He and his wife Carol (also an OA member and active Scouter) have three sons, all Eagle Scouts.

Carl is a Vigil Honor recipient from NA Tsi Hi Lodge, Monmouth Council. From Ocean Township, NJ, Carl has served as National Chairman, Lodge Chief, Section Chief, Lodge Adviser, and Area Adviser. Carl has been awarded the Distinguished Service Award and has been awarded the Silver Beaver, Silver Antelope, and Silver Buffalo awards. Carl was also presented with the Order's Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2004 NOAC.

David is an Eagle Scout, Vigil Honor member, and Founder’s Award recipient in Amangamek-Wipit Lodge, National Capitol Area Council. He has served as a Chapter Chief, Lodge Chief, Section Chief, National Conference Vice Chief, Southern Region One Day of Service Coordinator, OA Trail Crew Foreman, Chapter Adviser, and District Commissioner. He has taught sessions at NOAC, NLS, NLATS, and National Camp School, and served as the 2009 NOAC Deputy Lead Adviser for Inductions and Ceremonial Events and the 2011 Indian Summer Lead Adviser for Inductions and Ceremonial Events. David has been awarded the District Award of Merit, the James E. West Fellowship, and is a recipient of the Distinguished Service Award. Currently, David serves as the Northeast Region NLATS Coordinator.

Bob is a Vigil Honor and Founders' Award recipient of Abnaki Lodge, Narragansett Council. He serves on the National Volunteer Training, Venturing Cabinet, Sea Scout Committees and Chairs the Philmont Training Center Task Force. In NER he is a member of the Region’s Board, Region Venturing Advisor, and Wood Badge/Powder Horn Coordinator; and Area 1 VP for Council Operations. Bob has been awarded the Distinguished Service Award, Silver Antelope, Silver Beaver, Region Venturing Leadership Award, Philmont Masters Knot and Whitney Young Award. Bob lives in Kingston, RI with his wife and is the father to three sons.

Kaylene Trick
Financial Operations
Kaylene is Vigil Honor member of Woapeu Sisilija Lodge, Susquehanna Council, and hails from New Berlin, PA. She has served in various positions in the Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts and Venturing programs. Currently, Kay is serving her council as Vice President of Program, and also serves on the Area 4 Committee. She has served on staff at national Scouting events, including NOAC, Arrow Corp5, OA Summit Corp, Indian Summer, National and World Jamborees, NLATS Staff, and the Philmont Leadership Challenge Pilot Course. She has also trekked and staffed Philmont Scout Ranch and is active with Wood Badge. Kay is a recipient of the Distinguished Service Award, Distinguished Commissioner Award, Silver Antelope, Silver Beaver, District Award of Merit, Lutheran Lamb Award, International Scouters Award, and the James West Fellowship. Most of all, she is the proud Mom of an Eagle Scout.
