Raymond is an Eagle Scout and Brotherhood member belonging to Moswetuset Lodge of Boston Minuteman Council. Before being elected Section Chief, Raymond served as a Section Vice Chief, Lodge Chief, Ordeal Master, and Elangomat. He has attended NLS, SOS, NYLT, and NAYLE, and served for three years on NYLT staff. He has also participated in the 2009 NOAC, 2009 Asia Pacific Regional Jamboree in the Philippine Islands, 2010 National Jamboree, and most recently at SummitCorps. Raymond is a student at Eastern Nazarene College, studying Accounting and Psychology with a minor in Pre-Law. Eric is an Eagle Scout and Vigil Honor member of Pachachaug Lodge of Mohegan Council. Before being elected as Section Chief, Eric served as lodge chief, lodge vice chief, and events chairman. He has served his troop as both patrol leader and senior patrol leader. He attended the 2005 National Jamboree as well as the 2009 NOAC.

Tom is a Life Scout and current Vigil Honor nominee of Tschitani Lodge, where he has been a two-term Vice Chief and a two-term Chapter Treasurer. He has also served positions as a fall fellowship coordinator and CVC. During the summer, he works as a lifeguard at the June Norcross Webster Scout Reservation, where he teaches swimming lessons and Small Boat Sailing. Tom’s favorite thing about scouting is the opportunity it provides to do things others can only dream about. His hobbies include hiking, kayaking, stunt-kite flying, and patch collecting. Brandon received the Rank of Eagle Scout at age 15 from Troop 1 Chappaqua in Westchester NY where he is currently an Asst. Scoutmaster; and is a Vigil Honor member of Ktemaque Lodge #15. Before becoming Section Chief Brandon served as Ceremonies Chairman, Vice Chief of Programs and eventually Lodge Chief. He attended the 2009 NOAC and served as the Chairman of Logistics for the 2010 OA Service Corps at the National Scout Jamboree and the NER Cub Scout Task Force Chairman. Brandon is a student at Binghamton University on the pre-med track studying Neuroscience and Philosophy. Keith is a Life Scout and Vigil Honor member of Onteroraus Lodge of the Otschodela Council. He can usually be found running from place to place, but he finds time to unwind. His favorite activities include anything that occurs at the lake. He spends his summer working at Camp Henderson teaching Whitewater Merit Badge. Keith’s other interests include the 4 music ensembles he participates in, the school musical, and studying modern languages. Bill San Filippo, 18, is a proud Brotherhood member of Woapalanne Lodge #43, Patriots’ Path Council. Since he was tapped out in the Fall of 2008, he has served as Weekend Chief, Event Chairman, and most recently Vice Chief of Program. In the Fall of 2009 he earned the brotherhood honor. Not only is Bill active in the OA but, he served as his council’s 100th Anniversary Youth Chairman, and two term Youth Executive Committee President. He has also been inducted into the 100th Anniversary Hall of Leadership. In 2009 Bill hiked through Philmont and in 2011he participated in SummitCorps while spending the rest of his summer working at Scout camp. Bill is a senior at Roxbury High School. Francis Cincotti is an Eagle Scout and Vigil honor member hailing from Te’Kening Lodge 37, from the Southern New Jersey Council. Francis joined the Order in 2004 as a member of Japeechen Lodge 341 before moving to Millville, NJ and becoming a member of Te’Kening Lodge 37. Francis has served on the lodge level as a past lodge chief, lodge vice chief, lodge treasurer, and finance chairman. He has also served on a section level from Section NE-5A as a two time Section Secretary and as Section vice Chief also.
