Justin is an Eagle Scout from Troop 7 in Lowell, Massachusetts; a Vigil Honor member and Founder’s Award recipient of Pennacook Lodge. Prior to his election as Northeast Region Chief, Justin served as section chief, lodge chief, section vice chief, and section secretary. Justin will be no stranger to leadership at the region level. In the past he has served as deputy coordinator on the National OA Communications Team, jamboree vice chief of program for Operation Arrow at the 2017 National Jamboree, and as the Northeast Region Communications Team Coordinator. He attended the 2012 and 2015 National Order of the Arrow Conferences, NEXT: A New Century, and the 2017 National Jamboree! Justin is looking forward to NOAC 2018 and is thrilled to serve as the Administrative Services Lead for the Rover Brigade at the 2019 World Scout Jamboree.

Outside of scouting, he is a Sophomore at the University of Massachusetts Lowell where he majors in political science. In his free time, Justin enjoys swimming, camping, and graphic design. Justin’s most memorable Scouting experience was his first National Order of the Arrow Conference in 2012.
