The Northeast Region hosted its first town hall on September 19th which was a structured conference call that included lodge leadership throughout the region. There were 64 participants that joined in the call with Justin St. Louis, the 2018 Northeast Region Chief. Justin focused on what a High Performing Lodge (HPL) is, which includes: unit election rate, induction rate, activation rate and density, which included a Q&A during each of the topics.

Justin concluded the Town Hall through thanking those in attendance while stating, "my hope is that you'll be able to take what you learned back home to your lodges and chapters to improve your activation rates. New Arrowmen are the lifeblood of the Order of the Arrow and it's absolutely critical that we're constantly identifying new and creative ways to get them engaged." He encouraged all of the participants on the call to join him at the High Performing Lodge Summit, October 5-7 at Camp Alpine in Alpine, New Jersey.
