Tools for your next Lodge Leadership Development
Lodge Leadership Development (LLD) is a chance for lodges to develop motivated leaders to succeed inside and out of Scouting and the Order of the Arrow. LLD can be offered as a half day event, full day event, or a standalone session. Training can also be offered virtual, over a video conferencing software! The Northeast Region and OA-BSA National Training Committee offer an array of resources for a stellar Lodge Leadership Development.
The Northeast Region website hosts an LLD tool named Endeavor. The Endeavor tool will help your lodge create an LLD program specifically targeted for your lodge’s needs. The tool can be accessed here. These are just recommendations for your Lodge Leadership Development but highly recommended for lodge leaders seeking to hold a productive training event.
The Order of the Arrow website offers dozens of sessions for your lodge to leverage at your next LLD or other training events. These sessions have been performed at past National Order of the Arrow Conferences, Conclaves, and other training initiatives. Each session included a detailed syllabus and slide deck presentation.
Lodge Leadership Development is the cornerstone of training offered at the lodge level. If you have any questions about any of these resources, please reach out to the region leadership through this form.
